  • Access to private Discord channels and communities

2. Eligibility

3. Accounts & Memberships

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

  • reproduce or publicly share members-only materials

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

4. Subscription Billing

Certain services are offered on a recurring subscription basis.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancelled.

Subscriptions may renew automatically:

  • monthly

  • annually

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund previous payments.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to proprietary educational content, we do not offer refunds for:

  • memberships

  • digital downloads

  • video courses

  • community access

Exceptions may be granted solely at the discretion of SixPlus Media LLC.

6. Payments

We may accept payments through third-party providers including but not limited to:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • cryptocurrency payment processors

We are not responsible for errors, delays, or interruptions caused by third-party payment providers.

Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including but not limited to:

  • videos

  • strategy materials

  • charts

  • downloadable content

  • branding

  • graphics

  • Discord content

  • written materials

is the exclusive property of SixPlus Media LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • copy

  • reproduce

  • resell

  • redistribute

  • upload publicly

  • share paid content with non-members

Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in legal action.

8. Community Guidelines

Users participating in our Discord or community platforms agree not to:

  • harass other members

  • post illegal content

  • spam or advertise unauthorized services

  • share private or paid educational materials publicly

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access at our sole discretion.

9. Educational Disclaimer

SixPlusHoldem provides educational content only.

We do not provide:

  • gambling services

  • betting services

  • financial advice

  • guarantees of profit or success

Poker involves risk and individual results may vary significantly.

Users are solely responsible for their own decisions and activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SixPlus Media LLC shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • lost profits

  • loss of data

  • business interruption

  • gambling losses

  • payment processing interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous 3 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms.

Termination may occur without prior notice in cases involving:

  • fraud

  • abuse

  • unauthorized sharing

  • payment disputes

  • illegal activity

12. Modifications
